Asian Salad

Ingredients

Serves: 2

Cooking time: 5 mins

  • Handful of Sow Foods protein
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g red cabbage
  • 50 g iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 handful coriander
  • 1 serving tofu

Dressing

  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp nut butter or tahini
  • 20 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 10 ml tamari (or soy sauce)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of water

Method

  1. Grate carrot, red cabbage and mix into a bowl.
  2. Next, thinly slice lettuce, red cabbage and coriander.
  3. Mix through dressing.
  4. Serve with tofu and siracha chilli sauce for extra spice.
