    Log in to your account. On your dashboard, click 'Edit info' ➝ 'Edit address' ➝ 'Save'.

  • How do I skip a delivery?

    Log in to your account. Press 'Skip' on your dashboard.

  • How do I change my order interval?

    Log in to your account. Press 'Set next date or edit frequency' on your dashboard. Select your desired frequency.

  • How do I use my eGift card?

    Checkoutenter your gift (or discount) code.

    Please note that the gift card value can only be redeemed for your first order. Subsequent orders will be charged on your payment card.

  • How do I cancel my subscription plan?

    Log in to your account. Press 'Cancel' on your dashboard.

  • Why does it cost more than other protein alternatives?

    For three main reasons:

    We do not use any additives to prolong shelf-life. Naturally, every batch has to be cooked as soon as ordered.

    We are an early-stage company and do not have the capital required to produce in big batches (we more than makeup for it by providing an awesome service).

    All our margins go straight back into developing new products. This strategy, we believe, is beneficial in the long-run. We get to develop products that are healthier for our consumers in the long-term whilst sustaining the company on a day-to-day basis.
